1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via manaamsterdam.com. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
MÀNA Amsterdam reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase shall apply to your order.
2. Products & Availability
All MÀNA pieces are created with great care and attention to detail. We strive to present accurate product descriptions, imagery, and pricing. However, slight variations may occur due to the nature of craftsmanship, material characteristics, or screen display differences.
Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. We accept the following payment methods:
IDEAL,Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna.
Prices include VAT for customers within the EU. For orders outside the EU, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. MÀNA cannot be held responsible for additional charges imposed by local authorities.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping partner. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
MÀNA is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns
Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please submit your request via email service@manaamsterdam.com. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected.
EU Customers
Returns from EU customers are at the customer’s expense.
Non-EU Customers
Returns from outside the EU are at the customer’s expense. Return shipping costs, customs fees, and any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure parcels are clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges. MÀNA cannot be held responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or held by customs during the return process.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to imagery, designs, logos, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of MÀNA Amsterdam and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
7. Liability
MÀNA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam.
