Duties & Taxes
Import duties and local taxes are not included at checkout and may be charged by local authorities upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Important Information for International Orders (Outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs authorities may require additional documentation before releasing your parcel. Depending on your country’s regulations, the courier may contact you to request information such as:

If you are not a resident of the destination country and are unable to provide the required documents, you may need to appoint a local customs broker to complete the clearance process. Please note that any broker fees are not covered by MÀNA.
For privacy and legal reasons, MÀNA cannot provide personal customs documentation on your behalf. Your shipping provider will guide you through the process should additional information be required.
