MÀNA offers a 14-day return policy. You may return your order for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

To request a return, please register your return via email service@manaamsterdam.com. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.

EU Returns

All returns within the European Union must be shipped using the return label provided after approval.

  • Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by MÀNA and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Non-EU Returns

All returns within the European Union must be shipped using the return label provided after approval.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes incurred are not covered by MÀNA

Please ensure your parcel is delivered directly to our return address. Returns sent to pickup points or alternative addresses may incur additional pickup service fees.

For added convenience, you may request a prepaid return label from us. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Accessories must be returned with original packaging and protective materials

  • Items that are worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted

  • Returns submitted after the 14-day period or sent as cash-on-delivery will be refused

The sender bears all costs and risks associated with returning an item. MÀNA is not responsible for refunding import duties or taxes on returned goods and cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage during return transit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed after receipt.

FAQs

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Please contact our Customer Service team immediately at service@manaamsterdam.com with photos of the damaged parcel. Kindly keep the original packaging for possible courier inspection.

What if I receive a faulty item?
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact service@manaamsterdam.com immediately upon receipt so we can assist you promptly.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return has been received and approved. Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Returns that do not meet our policy conditions may be declined.
